Executive Assistant to the CEO - SNT Biotech Plainfield / Naperville, IL — In-person, Full-time SNT Biotech is a women-owned healthcare company helping health plans, FQHCs, and health systems close care gaps in cervical cancer, colorectal cancer, diabetes, and kidney health screening. We are hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to support the founder and CEO. This is a hands-on role focused on day-to-day operations, communications, and keeping the CEO organized so she can focus on growing the business. What you will own: The CEO's inbox. Triaging, drafting responses, and making sure nothing slips through. The calendar. Booking, rescheduling, prepping for meetings, and keeping the CEO 2 weeks ahead. Follow-ups from healthcare conferences, dinners, and customer meetings. Day-to-day project management across active customer work and internal initiatives. Keeping a running list of priorities and tracking what's open, what's done, and what's stuck. Travel logistics for occasional conferences and client visits. Drafting and formatting PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, internal use, and conferences. Light support on LinkedIn posts and Constant Contact email campaigns. Who you are: Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership Strong PowerPoint skills (formatting, design, slide preparation for executive audiences) Polished written and spoken English Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and a CRM Calm, dependable, and easy to work alongside in a small home-office setting The setup: In-person role with two work locations: partially at our Plainfield, IL office and partially at the founder's home office in Naperville, IL. Compensation and benefits: $80,000 base salary $3,000 - $5,000 annual performance bonus 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid time off and standard holidays
