Apply to find out more information Summary The Executive Assistant to the President/CEO provides high level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient day to day operations and acting as a key point of coordination across the organization. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining official records for CDS Life Transitions, CDS Monarch, and the CDS Wolf Foundation, including all program operations and Board of Directors activities. This role supports meetings, prepares documentation, and handles confidential information with discretion. Essential Job Functions Directly coordinate all Board of Directors meetings and activities for CDS Life Transitions, CDS Monarch, and the Wolf Foundation. Coordinate and support Board of Directors meetings, including developing agendas, preparing materials, and recording minutes. Coordinate, prepare, and document executive-level meetings such as the CDSLT Scorecard Review, Executive Staff Meetings, Leadership Team Meetings, and other sessions as requested Manage CEO credit card reconciliation by tracking receipts and processing monthly statements in TravelBank. Perform and maintain all administrative record keeping functions required to support age
