Job Description
We're Hiring: Executive Assistant / Business Operations Manager Location: Wilmer & Mesquite, TX Company: USA Wheel & Tire Outlet Inc. USA Wheel & Tire Outlet Inc. is looking for a highly motivated, disciplined, and reliable individual to work directly alongside our CEO in helping manage and grow the business. This is not a typical assistant role. You will be involved in real business strategy, operations, leadership, and execution across multiple departments. You’ll gain firsthand exposure to how a large distribution company operates while working closely with executive leadership on a daily basis. This position is ideal for someone who is hungry to learn, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants the opportunity to grow into a key leadership role within the company. Responsibilities: Assist the CEO with daily business operations and strategic initiatives Communicate and coordinate with department heads across warehouse, logistics, sales, accounting, and operations Help execute company growth initiatives and operational improvements Audit employee performance and report on team efficiency and accountability Create, organize, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Keep projects moving and ensure follow-through across departments Solve problems proactively and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations Assist with scheduling, planning, reporting, and operational oversight Handle urgent business and personal tasks with professionalism and precision Interact with customers when needed regarding payments, service issues, or operational matters Shadow the CEO daily to gain firsthand exposure to leadership, decision-making, and business development Learn how different areas of the business operate together, including distribution, logistics, customer service, collections, and management Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred Business management experience in distribution or operations preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to take initiative and follow through without constant supervision Comfortable working on-site daily and directly with executive leadership Why Join Us: Direct mentorship and daily exposure to the CEO Real-world business and leadership experience Opportunity for rapid growth and advancement within the company Hands-on involvement in strategy, operations, and company development Performance-based raises and leadership opportunities Fast-paced environment with significant responsibility and learning potential No micromanagement — just clear expectations, accountability, and support Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Referral program People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Education Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Business management (Distribution): 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
