Now Hiring: Executive Banquet Chef In this role, you’ll oversee the banquet kitchen operations and support the preparation and execution of high-quality food for all banquet events. You’ll be responsible for leading, training, and directing banquet culinary staff while upholding strict quality, sanitation, and safety standards, ensuring consistent and exceptional guest experience. You’ll also be responsible for controlling costs, minimizing waste, and maintaining efficient kitchen operations that support the resort’s overall success. Weekends, evenings, and holiday availability are a must.
