Executive Board Member About the Company Renowned Institute of Technology advancing the use of technology in various fields to benefit health care Industry Non-Profit Organization Management Type Non Profit Founded 2021 Employees 1-10 Categories Non-Profit & Philanthropy About the Role The Company is in search of two Executive Board Members, one with a background in clinical engineering and the other with legal expertise, to join its Board. The successful candidates will be expected to have a strong interest in the company's mission and to dedicate time to work with fellow Board members in securing the financial resources and partnerships necessary to advance this mission. This includes a commitment to reviewing award applications in a collaborative team environment. Individual board members will also serve as ambassadors for the organization, leveraging their professional and personal networks to support fundraising and enhance the company's reputation. Ideal candidates for the Executive Board Member positions at the company will have a degree and relevant work experience in clinical engineering or legal practice, as well as extensive professional experience at the executive leadership level in business, government, philanthropy, or the nonprofit sector. A deep understanding of and commitment to the company's awards program is essential, as is a natural ability to cultivate relationships and build consensus among diverse individuals. Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a passion for using existing technologies to address healthcare challenges are also key. The role is non-compensatory and volunteer-based, with a one-year term, and requires a meaningful personal financial contribution, active engagement in Board meetings, and participation in one or more committees.
