Executive Director, Clinical and Business Operations About the Company Highly regarded behavioral healthcare provider Industry Hospital & Health Care Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking an Executive Director to oversee and coordinate its clinical, medical, and business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the development and administration of policies, strategic planning, marketing, and the professionalization of the workforce. This role involves direct supervision of staff, participation in the recruitment and retention process, and the establishment and implementation of organizational policies and procedures. The Executive Director will also be involved in the resolution of operational problems, performance evaluations, and the recommendation of personnel actions. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in the healthcare industry, with a preference for those with a background in behavioral health, mental health, or addiction. A graduate degree in business, healthcare operations/management, or clinical/medical disciplines is also preferred. The role requires a candidate who can effectively interpret and implement policies, and who is dedicated to the mission of delivering high-quality, patient-focused healthcare. The Executive Director will be expected to stay current with trends and practices in healthcare administration and to contribute to the evolution of the quality improvement process.
