The successful candidate will be a bold, strategic, and people-centered leader, responsible for delivering an exceptional visitor experience through strong, on-the-ground operations, coordinated marketing, and deep, multi-agency partnerships. This role is at the intersection of public service and place-based experience, shaping how millions of people interact with the park each year. The Executive Director will be tasked with making visitor-centered operational and transportation decisions, managing a high-traffic public system, and innovating revenue streams while ensuring safety, equity, and outstanding visitor services.
