Executive Director About the Company Mission-driven organization empowering the local Latine community Industry Civic & Social Organization Type Public Company Employees 11-50 About the Role The Company is seeking a visionary and bilingual Executive Director to lead its two influential organizations, which are dedicated to Latine community empowerment. The successful candidate will be a bold, empathetic, and strategic leader with a proven track record in nonprofit management, including experience with both 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) entities. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include demonstrating nonprofit leadership, securing and growing philanthropic support, and leading organizational development and change management. The role also requires strategic financial and compliance acumen, familiarity with immigration policy, and a commitment to social justice, advocacy, and equity. The ideal candidate will be a culturally competent and bilingual leader, adept at rapid response in a fast-moving policy and communications environment, and will be expected to lead community-based policy translation, narrative shift work, and coalition management. The ideal candidate for the Executive Director position at the company will be a decisive yet unifying leader, with deep cultural competence and understanding of undocumented and immigrant Latine communities. They should be values-driven, with a demonstrated commitment to social justice, equity, and community organizing. Additional preferred attributes include strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, and familiarity with base building and learning systems.
