This role involves close collaboration with the Board and other senior leaders to shape and drive the company's strategy, align resources with priorities, and ensure the delivery of the mission. The Executive Director will also be responsible for fostering a culture of talent, and long-term sustainability, and will play a central role in securing the financial future of the organization through the development of creative funding models and strong relationships with donors and collaborators. The ideal Executive Director for the company will have a strong background in leadership, with the ability to balance a bold vision for growth with disciplined execution. They should be adept at cultivating goodwill, strengthening philanthropic interest, and fostering collaborations that support the mission.
