Job Description
Position Summary: The Executive Director, Global Value Evidence Lead, is a strategic leader responsible for driving the global value evidence strategy across the company's portfolio. This senior leader will provide strategic vision and leadership for value evidence activities at Otsuka, ensuring robust, innovative, and fit-for-purpose evidence is generated to support product differentiation, market access, and reimbursement across geographies. The incumbent will lead a team of value evidence asset leads and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to shape the value narrative and evidence plans from early development through post-launch. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the Global Value Evidence (GVE) strategic planning and execution processes to ensure alignment with asset and company business priorities Lead team of value evidence TA and assets leads who design and implement HEOR, RWE, and other evidence generation initiatives to support regulatory, HTA, and payer submissions, and demonstrate the differentiated value of our products Utilize advanced scientific knowledge and emerging trends to drive innovation in value evidence Provide mentorship, support in career development and performance management for direct reports Enhance the department's capabilities by developing skills, nurturing a culture of scientific excellence, and ensuring strategic impact Support in proactively identifying and solving complex problems that impact the management and direction of the GVE department Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders and communicate matters of significant importance to the department, broader function and organization Represent the company in external engagements with HTA bodies, payers, academic institutions, and industry conso
