The successful candidate will be a strategic and trusted advisor, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare finance, including executive-level responsibility within a large, complex health system or academic health enterprise. This leader will be responsible for standardizing systemwide financial reporting, conducting financial analysis, and developing new analytical tools to support the division's strategy and operations. The role demands a deep expertise in healthcare finance and accounting, particularly within an integrated delivery system, and a strong understanding of reimbursement models, capital and operating finance, and the financial interdependencies of clinical, academic, and research missions.
