Job Description LCS is seeking an experienced hospitality focused Executive Director in the senior housing industry to oversee the daily operations of Oakmont Gardens. This community is located in Santa Rosa, California. The Executive Director is the key leader at Oakmont Gardens and is responsible for executing the strategic plan of the community, including the implementation of the LCS Signature Programs. Oakmont Gardens is a Life Plan community with 107 Independent Living homes, and 56 Assisted Living units. Experience Is Everything. At LCS, experience is everything. What You’ll Do Assist in preparing annual operating budget; monitor expenditures specific to their departmental oversight to provide specified services within budget. Have a general understanding of financial ratios and have the ability to make changes as the financial ratios dictate. Work directly with the Executive Director to maintain quality services for residents in all levels of care at the level established by the CL and consistent with LCS standards. Marketing & Sales Leadership Responsibility for overall sales/occupancy results Understand and have the ability to influence sales culture Hold sales teams accountable to utilization of sales systems and standards Lead and contribute to sales, marketing and business development strategy What We’re Looking For At least 2-5 years of management experience in a life care community. RCFE Certification required. The technical knowledge required is best obtained through a BS or MS degree in business, health care, hotel/restaurant management, or closely related area. Ability to work effectively with a variety of publics, including residents, owners, community groups, government agencies, etc. A broad understanding of federal and state laws related to the operation of the community.
