What You'll Do: Lead and oversee daily facility operations, ensuring quality care, compliance, and census growth. Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, reporting, and cost control. Recruit, develop, and oversee staff performance, training, and compliance. Ensure high standards of resident care, satisfaction, and rights. Maintain regulatory compliance, safety programs, and quality assurance initiatives. Oversee facility operations, including inspections, maintenance, and risk management. Build and maintain relationships with regulators, partners, and community stakeholders. Support strategic planning, vendor management, and organizational growth initiatives. What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree required (Healthcare or Business Administration preferred) Current Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrator license. 3–5+ years of progressive leadership experience in long-term care or healthcare administration, with a proven track record of operational and team success. Strong knowledge of CMS, DPH, and long-term care regulations, as well as reimbursement systems and financial operations. Demonstrated leadership, staff development, and personnel management skills.
