The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing admissions and recruitment initiatives that align with the institution's goals and priorities. This role involves overseeing the Office of Admissions, High School Programs, and Orientation and Transition Programs, and requires a focus on strengthening recruitment efforts to attract a diverse and talented student body. The Executive Director will also be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders to support a robust student pipeline and will be expected to leverage data and technology to enhance recruitment strategies and improve operational efficiency. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a master's degree and a proven track record of progressive leadership in admissions, enrollment management, or related student-facing functions within higher education.
