The successful candidate will be a dynamic and strategic leader, responsible for providing operational direction and strategic leadership to advance career readiness, employer engagement, and experiential learning. This role involves overseeing a comprehensive portfolio that includes program design, implementation, and evaluation, as well as cultivating and sustaining strategic external partnerships. The Executive Director will also be tasked with leading a team, managing a budget, and ensuring that the Center's services align with the evolving needs of students and employers. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a proven track record in leadership, change management, and the advancement of career development or talent acquisition strategies. The role requires a deep understanding of employment needs across various sectors and a commitment to the role of higher education in preparing students for successful careers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong fiscal stewardship, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. An advanced degree and significant experience in career services, talent acquisition, or related fields are preferred.
