Executive Director Of Finance And Operations Shepherd Staff is honored to partner with First Baptist Church of Broken Arrow, OK as they search for their next Executive Director of Finance and Operations. First Baptist Church of Broken Arrow is a thriving, multigenerational congregation rooted in the heart of Oklahoma. Founded in 1904, FBCBA is committed to its mission of reaching Broken Arrow and beyond by multiplying disciples to follow Jesus. Under the leadership of Senior Pastor Dr. Matt Brooks, the church is experiencing strong momentum, financial health, and a clear vision for the future. The Executive Director of Finance and Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and administrative life of the church. This leader partners closely with the Senior Pastor and Executive Pastor to ensure vision is resourced wisely, systems operate with excellence, and teams are supported to lead well. This is a leader-of-leaders role, not simply an operational manager. The Executive Director of Finance and Operations oversees finance, facilities, HR, administrative systems, and risk management while helping the church move quickly, wisely, and collaboratively. FBCBA is a fast-paced, vision-driven church with a debt-free campus and significant initiatives ahead.
