Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort across our property.In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations, ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities meet the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation.Your leadership will inspire a team committed to excellence, efficiency, and hospitality.This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the guest experience through meticulous management and a passion for cleanliness.Responsibilities Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning, laundry, and custodial tasks, to maintain pristine conditions throughout the property.Manage and train housekeeping staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on high-quality service delivery.Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and standards aligned with hospitality industry best practices.Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; coordinate procurement as needed to ensure smooth operations.Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities to uphold cleanliness standards and address any deficiencies promptly.Oversee safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals, equipment use, and sanitation practices to ensure a safe working environment.Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or deep cleans during peak times or events.Qualifications Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial supervision within a hospitality setting.Strong background in cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning practices, and laundry operations.Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams in fast-paced environments.Knowledge of janitorial supplies, safety protocols, and sanitation standards applicable to hospitality or commercial cleaning.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Effective communication skills for training staff and coordinating with other departments.Previous experience in hotel or hospitality industry preferred but not required.Join us as an Executive Housekeeper and lead a dedicated team committed to creating a welcoming environment where cleanliness meets excellence!
