osition Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Executive Housekeeper to ensure that guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance. This role is vital in maintaining guest satisfaction by upholding the hotel’s brand standards and supporting the housekeeping team through quality control and guidance. Key Responsibilities: Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure cleanliness, proper setup, and compliance with hotel standards Report and follow up on any maintenance or housekeeping issues found during inspections Provide feedback, training, and support to room attendants to improve performance and maintain consistency Ensure all rooms are inspected and released on time for guest arrivals Assist in managing housekeeping supplies and equipment to ensure readiness and proper usage Maintain open communication with the front desk and housekeeping management regarding room status and readiness Support housekeeping staff during high-occupancy periods or staffing shortages Adhere to safety, hygiene, and security procedures at all times Managing inventory Qualifications: Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel operations required Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Organizational and time-management skills Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Working Conditions: Will involve weekends, holidays, and varying shifts Fast-paced hotel environment Standing and walking for extended periods Exposure to cleaning chemicals and supplies Join our team and help us ensure every guest enjoys a flawless and welcoming stay!
