This is an exciting opportunity to work directly for one of Banyan's seasoned Operating Partners, who act like Group President's overseeing a portfolio of software businesses, as their Chief Of Staff. In this role you will gain valuable exposure to software M&A but be primarily focused on value creation activities across a number of portfolio companies, working hand in hand with CEO's and functional leaders. You will also learn the Banyan Operating System set of best practices, getting hands-on operating experience helping newly acquired companies drive growth. The Executive Leadership Program is designed as a 2-year program, after which high performers will have the opportunity to lead an operating company as a C-Suite member or CEO. As an ELP, you will be a part of a cohort of peers at Banyan, growing and learning together.
