Our fifth resort will feature over 175,000 square feet of indoor waterpark fun, 900 family-friendly suites, and a massive convention center. Now Hiring: Executive Pastry Chef In this role, you will manage a large team, ensuring efficient production schedules, maintaining inventory and quality controls, and collaborating closely with culinary and hospitality teams to deliver exceptional guest experience. With a focus on both creativity and operational excellence, this position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding setting. Weekends, evenings, and holiday availability are a must. Onboarding for this role will likely begin in late Summer 2026. What You’ll Do: Lead pastry operations for all outlets, banquets, and events. Manage, train, and support the growth of a talented pastry team of about 20 members. Control food and labor costs; oversee ordering and inventory. Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation standards. Maintain kitchen safety, sanitation, and compliance. Collaborate with culinary leadership to enhance the guest experience. What We’re Looking For: 4 to 5+ years of experience in a high-volume/fine dining/banquet/pastry production kitchen, ideally within a hotel or resort setting.
