Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Executive & Personal Assistant to support a business owner with both professional operations and personal administrative tasks. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally, maintain confidentiality, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small business environment. Responsibilities Manage calendars, appointments, business scheduling, and employee scheduling Handle email correspondence and professional communication with vendors, customers, service providers, and business partners Assist with payroll processing, billing, reporting, and other administrative functions Perform financial recordkeeping, reconciliations, and data entry in QuickBooks Coordinate projects, follow-ups, and day-to-day business operations while ensuring tasks and deadlines are completed efficiently Handle personal errands, miscellaneous assistant tasks, and special projects as needed Qualifications Ability to work independently, problem solve, and maintain confidentiality Experience with office administration, scheduling, and project coordination Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge of QuickBooks, including financial recordkeeping and reconciliations, preferred Knowledge of payroll processing preferred Experience supporting business owners or high-level executives is highly desirable Schedule 30 to 35 hours per week Monday through Friday In-person position with possibility of a hybrid schedule Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
