Job Description
We are building something different at Sorsen. If you are a closer who also knows how to lead a team, protect a principal, and walk into a room and immediately earn trust — we want to talk to you. This is not a desk job. This is a revenue-generating, relationship-building, field-facing leadership role in one of the fastest-growing segments of the security industry. THE ROLE As Division Manager of Executive Protection, you own the full lifecycle of our EP business — from the first sales call to the debrief after the detail. You will build and lead a team of EP agents, develop new client relationships, and serve as the face of Sorsen's Executive Protection offering in the market. You are simultaneously a seller, a leader, a tactician, and an operator. This role carries a revenue target. That is intentional. We believe the best EP leaders understand that protecting a principal and growing a business are not in conflict — they reinforce each other. Every client relationship you build is a life we are responsible for. That weight drives us to be excellent. WHAT YOU WILL OWN Revenue growth - Prospect, pitch, and close new EP contracts. Build and maintain a pipeline. Hit your number. Earn well above it. Team leadership - Recruit, train, and lead a team of EP agents. Set standards. Hold the team to them. Develop the next generation of operators. Detail oversight - Oversee threat assessments, advance work, and detail execution. You are operationally accountable — not just administratively. Client relationships - Own the senior client relationship on every account. Visit, check in, and stay close. You are the reason they renew. Division P&L - Understand your margins, manage your costs, and run a profitable division. We expect business fluency alongside tactical expertise. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 5+ years of experience in executive protection — you have been on details, not just near them A proven track record in B2B sales or business development — you know how to find, pitch, and close Military, law enforcement, or government protective service background strongly preferred Experience leading and managing a team — you have coached people, not just worked alongside them Current guard card and EP-specific certifications (CPR, first aid, TASER, firearms — state-dependent) The ability to command a room and earn trust immediately — clients need to feel safe around you before a contract is signed Clean background, valid driver's license, ability to travel on short notice. COMPENSATION and BENEFITS We pay people who perform. This role includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commission on new business you bring in, and performance bonuses tied to division growth. The more you build, the more you earn — there is no ceiling. Base Salary Uncapped commission on new EP contracts Health, dental, and vision insurance The autonomy to build and lead your own division ABOUT SORSEN We are a growing security company with high standards and a passion for service. We do not tolerate mediocrity and we do not hide behind processes when we fall short. We own our failures, fix them fast, and move forward. If you are the kind of person who holds themselves to a standard most people would find uncomfortable — you will fit in here. Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Las Vegas, NV 89130
