Role Description The Executive Protection Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role located in Fort Worth, TX. This position involves leading a team of security professionals to provide high-quality executive protection services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, coordinating protection operations, overseeing team deployment, and ensuring client safety. The Team Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintain detailed operational reports, and ensure all security protocols and procedures are adhered to. The role also requires the ability to respond efficiently to emergencies and deliver strategic security solutions as needed. Qualifications Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience in leading a team, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring cohesive operations. Security Planning and Operations: Strong expertise in risk assessments, operational planning, and executing protection strategies. Emergency Response: Ability to remain calm under pressure, respond effectively to emergencies, and implement crisis management protocols. Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders effectively and professionally. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with security tools, communication equipment, and software for documentation and reporting. Additional Qualifications: Military, law enforcement, or prior executive protection experience preferred. Relevant certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Personal Security Detail (PSD) are advantageous. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed are required.
