Role Description This is a full-time remote position for the role of Executive Regional Vice President at Southern Legacy Finance LLC. The Executive Regional Vice President will oversee regional operations, develop and execute growth strategies, and manage a high-performing team. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, building client relationships, leading regional sales initiatives, mentoring team members, and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and strategy. The role demands an individual with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving organizational success. Qualifications Proven leadership skills, including team management, mentorship, and the ability to motivate and lead others towards achieving goals. Strong experience in financial planning, strategic operation management, and industry-specific areas like Indexed Universal Life policies, annuities, and retirement solutions. Exceptional communication skills to engage with clients, teams, and stakeholders effectively. Analytical and strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to identify market opportunities and implement customized solutions. Proficiency in business development, client engagement, and fostering long-term partnerships. Experience in remote team management and the ability to drive results in a virtual setting. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Familiarity with compliance regulations in the insurance and financial services industry is highly desirable.
