About This Role Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Executive Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to an Executive Vice President and member of the CIB and Commercial Banking Operating Committees. This role is critical to enabling senior leadership effectiveness by managing complex priorities, coordinating across global stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. This individual will act as a trusted partner to the executive and broader leadership team, handling complex calendar and travel logistics, preparing materials for key meetings and committees, and supporting strategic priorities with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. In This Role, You Will Provide administrative support to an Executive Vice President and member of the CIB and CB Operating Committees Provide detailed calendar and inbox management; effective scheduling of meetings and activities as required; coordinating and supporting meeting setup and execution Partner with executive's business manager to ensure the executive is fully briefed and prepared for meetings Perform proxy role for various systems and internal approvals Manage detailed international travel bookings and logistics for senior executives across multiple time zones Provide administrative assistance on projects, committee/ Board meeting preparation Manage, create, and distribute reports and meeting documents as required; take and distribute meeting minutes if needed Perform detailed administrative tasks as required Partner with support teams for any technology, facilities, or support needs that arise for the business Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Represent the office with competence and professionalism Operate with the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, and diplomacy Use initiative to rapidly resolve general issues and queries in an efficient manner Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience supporting C-Suite and/or board-level executives operating within complex governance structures (e.g., executive reporting to multiple senior leaders, committees, or operating groups), with demonstrated ability to orchestrate alignment across stakeholders Demonstrated ability to support executives operating across multiple stakeholders or reporting structures, effectively coordinating priorities and ensuring alignment Advanced expertise in complex calendar management, including prioritizing competing demands across multiple senior leaders and proactively resolving conflicts Proven ability to manage high-volume, dynamic domestic and international travel, including real-time itinerary adjustments and end-to-end logistics Strong experience coordinating across cross-functional partners and executive stakeholders, driving alignment and seamless execution Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to apply sound judgment, think critically, and provide solutions in ambiguous situations Ability to anticipate needs, identify risks, and stay one step ahead of executive priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining a high level of accuracy Proven ability to make timely, independent decisions and execute with minimal supervision in a results-driven environment Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across business and functional teams Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a meticulous and disciplined approach to execution Resilient, proactive, and adaptable, with a high level of professionalism and ownership Experience managing expense reporting, event coordination, and administrative operations Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook (complex calendaring), PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Experience working within financial services environments preferred Job Expectations: This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship This position offers a hybrid work schedule Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to
