The EVP will lead strategic initiatives to drive growth and operational efficiency across the company’s portfolio. Responsibilities include overseeing business development, financial performance, and market expansion, as well as working closely with leadership teams to align goals and execute growth strategies. The EVP will also collaborate on investment decisions, manage key partnerships, and ensure long-term business sustainability through continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Strategic Leadership and Organizational Development skills, with a proven track record in scaling businesses Expertise in Business Development, Market Expansion, and building key Partnerships Financial Management and Investment Strategy experience Strong background in Operational Efficiency and Process Optimization Exceptional Communication and Team Collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in a remote and entrepreneurial environment Proven experience within the manufacturing or similar industries is an advantage Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
