The EVP will be a trusted advisor and internal operator, responsible for organizational alignment, operational excellence, and the development of a collaborative, high-performing team. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of the company, particularly during a significant growth phase, and requires a strategic leader who can influence all areas of the business, ensure proper functioning, and align with the brand's commitment to excellence.
