Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Coach role located in the Greater Houston area. The Coach will be responsible for providing hands-on guidance, supporting clients in strategy development, and helping them implement best practices to achieve their business goals. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering tailored coaching sessions, creating tools and resources, and fostering professional growth within client teams. Collaboration and adaptability will be critical to achieving success in this role. Qualifications Experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Development, and Partnership Building Strong Organizational, Communication, and Leadership skills Proficiency in Change Management and Process Improvement Ability to Analyze Complex Business Challenges and Develop Strategic Solutions Experience coaching teams and individuals to improve performance and meet organizational goals Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and a Client-Centric mindset Willingness to work on-site in Greater Houston and manage various client engagements Experience in technology adoption or similar fields is advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
