Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Vice President of Operations at ITS CHALLENGE 2024. The selected candidate will oversee operational strategies, manage budgets and profit and loss (P&L) performance, and ensure seamless project execution to drive organizational success. Responsibilities include setting and achieving strategic goals, leading cross-functional teams, optimizing processes for efficiency, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Regular collaboration with executive leadership will also be a key part of the role to align operational initiatives with business objectives. Qualifications Expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management to drive efficiency and optimize financial outcomes Proven ability in Strategic Planning and Project Management to set and achieve organizational goals Strong background in Customer Service to ensure a high standard of client satisfaction and experience Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations or a related leadership role Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is highly desirable
