Executive Vice President (EVP) Position Profile We are seeking an Executive Vice President (EVP) with exceptional leadership skills and strategic vision to join our company's core executive management team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be fully involved in corporate strategy formulation, business growth initiatives, operational management, and organizational development. The EVP will be responsible for driving the company's long-term growth strategy, leading the collaborative efforts of multiple core departments, and enhancing the company's overall competitiveness and market influence through efficient management and innovative thinking. This is a pivotal role within the company's senior leadership structure, ideally suited for a leader possessing extensive executive-level experience, strong strategic capabilities, and a global business perspective. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Corporate Development Collaborate with the CEO and the Board of Directors to formulate the company's long-term growth strategy Drive corporate growth, market expansion, and brand enhancement initiatives Establish annual operational objectives and core business plans Analyze industry trends and market opportunities to enhance corporate competitiveness Participate in major business partnerships, investments, and M&A activities Operations & Organizational Management Oversee the overall operational management of multiple core business departments Optimize the company's operational systems and organizational structure Establish efficient management processes to improve overall operational efficiency Drive corporate digitalization, innovation, and scalable growth Monitor the execution of key projects and business performance outcomes Senior Leadership & Team Management Manage and mentor Vice Presidents, Directors, and the core management team Foster a high-performance, innovative corporate culture Promote cross-departmental collaboration and organizational synergy Assist the CEO in making critical decisions and overseeing corporate governance Finance & Business Growth Drive revenue growth and enhance corporate profitability Develop budgets, implement cost controls, and establish financial objectives Monitor overall business performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) Cultivate strategic partnerships and develop high-level client relationships Job Requirements Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher; a major in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred 15+ years of experience in senior management or executive-level roles Proven experience managing large-scale enterprises or overseeing cross-functional departments Exceptional strategic planning and business operational capabilities Outstanding leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to drive sustained corporate growth in a high-pressure environment Preferred Qualifications MBA or a background in International Business Management is preferred Experience within multinational corporations, high-tech sectors, or the financial industry is preferred Possession of extensive industry resources and high-level business networks Experience in international market operations is preferred
