Company Description Kiwi Studio is assisting us—Astrix Capita, a newly established firm—in recruiting senior management talent. Astrix Capita is a private equity firm co-founded in partnership with Hillhouse Capital. While Hillhouse Capital is one of our investors, it is not involved in our day-to-day operational management. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Vice President, Strategy. The EVP, Strategy will lead strategic initiatives and oversee the development and execution of business strategies that align with company goals. Responsibilities include performing high-level strategic planning, analyzing market trends, consulting with executives and stakeholders, developing innovative digital strategies, and managing financial plans that drive growth. The EVP will play a key role in decision-making processes to optimize long-term business success. Qualifications Expertise in Analytical Skills and Strategic Planning to assess and develop long-term business strategies. Experience in high-level Consulting and advising stakeholders on business growth and operational decisions. Strong knowledge of Finance to manage budgets, allocate resources, and evaluate financial performance effectively. Proficiency in Digital Strategy to guide impactful technology-driven initiatives and campaigns. Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and foster collaboration among teams. Proven track record with at least 10 years of leadership experience in strategy or related fields. Advanced degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
