Health, Wellness and Fitness Professionals Compensation $18 to $25 Hourly About the Role We are hiring a knowledgeable Stretch Practitioner with a strong understanding of the human body, movement, and musculoskeletal function. This role is hands-on with clients who may experience tightness, discomfort, or movement limitations. You will use your knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics to safely guide stretching sessions and adjust based on client needs. You will also support client retention by encouraging consistent sessions and rebooking appointments. What You’ll Do Perform 30-minute assisted stretch sessions Assess client movement limitations during sessions Modify stretches based on tightness, discomfort, or restrictions Identify when a client should reduce intensity or stop a movement Track client progress and mobility improvements Rebook clients before they leave each session Communicate benefits of consistency and recovery routines Maintain a safe, professional, and supportive environment What We’re Looking For Strong understanding of the body and movement from one of the following backgrounds: Exercise Science Kinesiology Athletic Training Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Sports Medicine Personal Training (corrective exercise focused) Massage Therapy Must understand: basic anatomy and muscle groups joint movement and range of motion how to respond to client discomfort safely body mechanics and posture issues Preferred Skills Ability to recognize movement limitations and tight muscle patterns Comfort adjusting technique based on client feedback Strong communication and coaching ability Interest in recovery, mobility, and injury prevention Professional and calm under client discomfort concerns Compensation $16–$20/hr base pay Additional per-stretch compensation Performance bonuses based on rebooking and client consistency Higher earning potential with experience and client volume Important Note We are not a medical clinic.
