About the Role We are looking for a Retail & Distribution Expansion Manager who can help build and expand our physical retail presence across the United States. This is a high-ownership role focused on retail expansion, distributor partnerships, B2B relationship development and offline sales growth. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, opening new retail channels and helping grow a scalable offline sales network from the ground up. This is not a passive account-management position. We are looking for someone proactive, organized and highly confident in relationship-building, outreach and business development. Key Responsibilities • Identify and contact retail stores, distributors, dealers and B2B buyers • Develop and grow offline sales channels across the U.S. • Schedule meetings, product presentations and retail discussions • Build and maintain distributor and retail partner relationships • Research and pursue new channel expansion opportunities • Participate in trade shows, expos and industry networking events • Represent company brands professionally in meetings and field visits • Track outreach, follow-ups, meetings and sales pipelines in an organized manner • Coordinate with internal teams regarding retail materials and launch support • Submit weekly progress and pipeline reports • Use Asana and Microsoft Teams actively for communication and workflow management • Help build and scale the retail expansion department over time What We’re Looking For • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Strong communication in English (Turkish or Spanish may be an advantage) • Proactive sales and business-development mindset • Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups and field-based relationship management • Ability to create opportunities instead of waiting for them • Organized and disciplined pipeline-management skills • Confidence representing brands in professional environments • Ability to manage multiple conversations, partnerships and expansion opportunities simultaneously • Comfortable with travel as retail expansion activities grow over time Preferred Background • Experience in retail partnerships, distribution, B2B sales or channel development • Experience in home-improvement, construction, hardware, contractor supply or related industries is a strong advantage • Existing distributor or retail relationships are a plus • Experience attending trade shows or industry events preferred Compensation • Base salary + performance-based commission structure • Long-term growth opportunity within a fast-growing multi-brand ecosystem What Success Looks Like • New retail and distributor relationships are consistently developed • Physical retail presence expands over time • Distribution channels continue growing in a structured way • Trade show participation generates real business opportunities • Sales pipeline remains active, organized and consistently moving forward Application Process • Apply with your CV via LinkedIn • Portfolio optional • Video introduction optional
