Job Summary We are seeking an Expeditor to join our team. The Expeditor will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of orders and delivery of exceptional service to our guests. Duties Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and serving staff Ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests Communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to maintain smooth operations Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area Provide excellent guest service by addressing any concerns promptly Requirements: Prior experience in food service or a related field is preferred Proficient in phone etiquette and guest relations Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Jonas Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members Knowledge of hospitality industry practices is a plus Passion for delivering exceptional guest services and customer satisfaction This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and customer service.
