Consistent work -- no scrambling for jobs Strong earning potential We handle marketing, booking, and customer acquisition Professional systems, clear expectations, no chaos Work with a brand backed by 1705-star Google reviews Responsibilities Travel to client locations and perform window tinting on automobiles Cut, apply, and finish window film cleanly and precisely on all window types Inspect completed work to ensure quality before leaving the job site Communicate professionally with clients at their location Maintain your own tools and equipment in good working condition Coordinate scheduling and job details with our team via phone/text Requirements Minimum 2 years of hands-on window tinting experience (REQUIRED) Must have a reliable personal vehicle to travel to job sites Must own basic window tinting equipment (squeegees, heat gun, slip solution, knife, etc.) Strong attention to detail and a clean, consistent finish Ability to work independently without supervision Punctual and professional when dealing with clients Must be available on an on-call / as-needed basis Job Type On-Call / As Needed Pay:Commission-Based Commission Rate:20% - 30% per completed job Job Types:Part-time, Contract Pay:$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Application Question(s):Do you own a vehicle suitable for mobile tinting?
