Job SummaryKlink Hydraulics is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Administrative/Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team in the industrial sector.This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes, accurate data management, and efficient handling of information across various platforms.The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing complex data entry tasks within a fast-paced industrial environment.PRIOR EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH QUICKBOOKS IS A MUST.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to operational excellence and support our team's success through precise administrative support and data management.Depending on experience and candidates desire- this could be a part time or full time position.Pay is also a starting point- based on experience and abilities.We give reviews at 30, 60 and 90 days and 1 year and raises can be given at those time.Days are Monday- Friday and hours are flexible.Duties Enter purchase orders Receive vendor invoices against PO's Invoice customers Enter customer payments Assist with monthly AR- contact customers for payment status Skills Strong computer skills with experience in Quickbooks as well as excel spreadsheets is a must Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy Solid understanding of office procedures including filing, record keeping, and administrative support functions Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for data verification and report calculations Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Previous clerical experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred Excellent communication skills in person, by email, text or phone.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours:20 - 40 per week Benefits:Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
