Payment depends on job completion and standards. We’re looking for reliable short-term rental cleaners to support Airbnb and furnished properties across Atlanta. General Duties Clean and reset short-term rental units between guest stays Follow a provided cleaning checklist exactly as instructed Clean and sanitize bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed Wash, dry, fold, and stage linens when required Restock basic supplies when instructed Report damages or issues with photos Send photos of completed cleanings Light communication with the operations manager during the cleans to What Matters Most: The single most important requirement is following instructions. You will be evaluated primarily on checklist compliance and communication. Requirements Prior Airbnb cleaning experience required Ability to accept same-day or last-minute jobs at times Must have your own equipment (photo proof required before starting) Willing to obtain general liability insurance ($40/month) Reliable transportation across Atlanta If you can’t consistently follow instructions or communicate during jobs, this role is not a fit. Contractors who prove reliable and detail-oriented may be given full ownership of select accounts, with regular cleanings and steady workload.
