Automotive Sales Manager Billy Wood Ford- Jena, la Draw/salary plus commissions and bonus opportunities!! Billy Wood Ford is seeking an experienced, energetic, and motivated Sales Manager to join our team.Candidates should be able to desk deals, communicate effectively with customers and salespeople, and close deals.Must have previous F&I training and experience.Billy Wood Ford is looking for someone who will help build and grow a team, set and hit goals, help train, and lead by example! Candidates should be able to navigate systems such as DealerTrack, VAuto inventory management and Vin Solutions CRM.Experience with Ford, Ford Credit and FMC Dealer is a plus! We are looking for someone who wants a long term career with ambitions to grow within the organization! Automotive Sales Manager Qualifications: At least two years of Automotive Sales Management experience. Stable career with previous employers. Must be a customer-oriented, self motivated team player with effective communication skills. Must be able to meet and maintain all State and Federal licensing requirements for the position. Choosing financial institutions and maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs for deal placement. Working with financial institutions to ensure timely completion of transactions. Ensuring compliance with finance deals and associated paperwork and processes and uphold strict legal and ethical standards while conducting business. Develop financing sources for vehicle purchase contracts. Establish and meet monthly objectives. Pursue all loose ends to ensure customer satisfaction.
