About the Role Cascade Motors Service Center is growing! We are a high-volume service center tied directly to our busy used car dealership, ensuring a consistent and steady stream of work from both dealership inventory and our loyal private service customers.We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated mechanic to join our team in Portland. We specialize in performance and enthusiast vehicles, so if you have a passion for imports and high-end builds, you’ll fit right in. What We’re Looking For Experience: At least 2 years of professional automotive repair experience. Specialization: Strong background in Subaru, Japanese Imports, and German manufacturers (BMW, Audi, etc.) is highly preferred. Technical Skill Set: You should be comfortable with everything from routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes) to full diagnostics. Advanced Capabilities: Candidates who can perform head gaskets, engine swaps, and transmission replacements will be prioritized. Requirements: Must have your own tools, a valid driver’s license, and a strong work ethic. Key Qualities Team Player: You work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
