Experienced construction Worker

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Construction Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of construction tasks across various projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will help bring construction visions to life, from foundational work to finishing touches, contributing to the successful completion of diverse building and renovation projects. Responsibilities Perform a variety of construction duties including framing, landscaping, hardscapes and all outdoor projects. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks with precision. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of work. Assist with construction management tasks such as site coordination and ensuring project timelines are met. Conduct construction inspection activities to verify quality standards and compliance with safety regulations. Install and fabricate materials such as cabinetry, glass, trim carpentry, stucco, and caulking for finishing projects. Operate heavy equipment safely for site preparation, excavation, or material handling as required. Collaborate with team members on restoration projects, heavy equipment operation, and hardscape or landscape installations. Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship across all trades including plumbing, electrical work, welding, tile laying, and more. Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a strong background in multiple trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or concrete finishing. Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating processes. Hands-on experience with power tools, hand tools, scaffolding setup, and heavy equipment operation. Knowledge of construction management practices and inspection procedures. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately for precise execution of tasks. Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction sites and ability to enforce them effectively. Excellent teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently when needed. Physical stamina and dexterity required for demanding physical tasks across multiple trades including plastering, restoration, framing, drywall hanging, tile laying, flooring installation, welding, and more.
