Line Cook — The Frog Tiki Bar Location: The Frog Tiki Bar & Grill, Prudenville, MI Employment Type: Part-time or Full-time Reports to: Kitchen Manager About The Frog Tiki Bar Step into a tropical escape right here in Michigan! At The Frog Tiki Bar, we serve up good vibes, live music, and delicious food in a fun, fast-paced environment. Position Overview We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic and reliable Line Cook to join our hopping kitchen team. You’ll help us serve our creative, island-inspired menu with consistency and quality, keeping guests coming back for more. If you’ve got a passion for cooking, a love of teamwork, and thrive under pressure, we’d love to have you on board. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items to The Frog Tiki Bar standards Set up and stock your station with necessary supplies Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specs Work alongside a team of cooks and servers in a fast-paced environment Follow all health department and safety guidelines Assist with prep work, cleaning, and closing duties as needed Communicate clearly and respectfully with the kitchen and front-of-house teams Qualifications Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right frog) Solid knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques Ability to follow recipes and prep lists accurately Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Team-player attitude and excellent communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a busy environment Must be 18+ Why Work With Us?
