Lead Builds.Work Outdoors.Grow Into Running Your Own Crew.Pay:$25-$30/hr (based on experience) Location:Harford County, MD (shop in Pylesville on-site builds) Harford Sheds is looking for a skilled carpenter who takes pride in clean, efficient work and is ready to step into a leadership role.This is a hands-on position building high-quality sheds and small structures, with a clear path to running your own crew on-site.What the Job Looks Like Lead or assist with on-site shed builds (fast-paced environment) Handle shop prefab work when not building on-site (steady-paced) Read plans, create cut lists, and execute builds accurately Frame, install siding, set trusses, roof, paint, and handle finish work Work closely with a very small crew where efficiency and quality matter Schedule Typically 32-40 hours per week Usually 4-5 days per week (8-hour days) Typical hours:8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Hours may dip slightly during slower seasons (mid-summer and mid-winter), but we work year-round What We're Looking For Works hard with minimal direction Takes pride in clean, accurate craftsmanship Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons Strong attention to detail Able to keep builds moving efficiently Interested in growing into a crew leader role Why This Role Stands Out Opportunity to run your own crew Mix of shop prefab and on-site construction Small team, no corporate structure High-quality builds, not rushed production work Additional Notes This is not a production job.We focus on quality, efficiency, and doing things the right way.To Apply Email hannah@harfordsheds.com with:Your resume A brief summary of your experience Why this type of work interests you Pay:$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits:On-the-job training Application Question(s):Do you have a valid driver's license?
