Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced customer Service Manager to oversee our AAMCO Transmission and TCC facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering a positive work environment for your team. We offer very competitive pay. Responsibilities Lead and manage the team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality repairs. Engage and consult incoming customers, both in-person and over the phone, to successfully generate and close sales Order parts and inventory Perform a high volume of warm calls to potential customers (must have excellent phone sales and the ability to complete a one-call close). Conduct auto estimating for repairs and maintenance services. Ensure proper vehicle maintenance procedures are followed by all technicians. Train and mentor staff on best practices Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records related to service operations. Maintain a clean and organized service area while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Requirements Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a Management role within Sales/Customer service Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff. Experience in cash handling and financial management within a service environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast-paced environment Coachable, honest and goal-oriented team player A valid driver's license is required.
