OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pet Groomer to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and a commitment to providing high-quality grooming services.As a Pet Groomer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of pets while enhancing their appearance.You will work closely with pet owners to understand their grooming needs and preferences, ensuring a positive experience for both pets and their owners.Must be fully trained already and be able to groom in a timely manner.Must be comfortable checking clients in and out and using booking software.Responsibilities Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling according to breed standards and client preferences.Assess the condition of each pet's coat and skin, identifying any health issues that may require veterinary attention.Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding grooming options, pet care tips, and any observed health concerns.Handle animals safely and compassionately during grooming sessions, ensuring their comfort throughout the process.Provide additional services such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing as needed.Stay updated on the latest grooming techniques and trends to provide exceptional service.Experience experience in pet grooming is a must Skills in pet care, animal handling, veterinary assistance, or dog training are highly desirable.Familiarity with various breeds and their specific grooming needs is an advantage.Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail is essential.A compassionate approach towards animals combined with excellent customer service skills is crucial for success in this role.Join us in making a difference in the lives of pets and their owners through exceptional grooming services!
