Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Double-Needle Sewer to join our growing team in Hickory.This position focuses on precision flatwork, zipper installation, and cushion construction.Shift:1st Shift 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Thursday (Enjoy a 3-Day Weekend!) Pay:Starting at $18.00/hr (Higher rates available depending on experience) What You'll Do Operate industrial double-needle sewing machines to produce high-end upholstered goods.Expertly handle flatwork, zipper insertion, and cushion sewing.Maintain consistent seam allowances and high-quality stitch standards.Work efficiently within a 4-day production schedule to meet deadlines.Qualifications Experience:Proven experience in industrial sewing is required.Technical Skills:Must be proficient in Double-Needle operations.Specialization:Direct experience with cushions and zippers is a must.Why Join Us?
