Experienced Evening and Late-Night Cook – Runs the Shift (Confidential) We’re hiring a highly dependable, experienced cook for evening and late-night shifts. Interviews will be scheduled directly with the manager at the store This role is for a late-night professional who can be trusted to run the kitchen not just work a station. Key focus Dependability and consistency are essential Responsibility and decision-making are part of the role Strong kitchen experience is recognized and paid accordingly What you’ll do: Take full responsibility for the kitchen during scheduled hours Control ticket flow, timing, and food quality Execute the menu accurately and consistently Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization Leave the kitchen better than when you arrived What we’re looking for: Several years of kitchen or line cook experience Proven reliability and strong attendance history Comfortable working independently and owning the shift Calm, focused, and steady under pressure Pride in doing things the right way when no one is watching Schedule: Evening and late-night shifts Weekdays and/or weekends Consistent hours for dependable team members Between 15 and 35 hours based on your availability Pay & benefits: Good pay based on years of kitchen experience Steady hours for reliable performers Opportunity for long-term growth and leadership Direct access to management and clear expectations If you’re the kind of cook who shows up on time every shift, takes ownership, and keeps things running the right way apply here.
