Our Family Law Department is looking for an experienced Family Law Paralegal who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment.This is a key role on our family law team, supporting attorneys and guiding clients through some of the most important moments of their lives.You will work closely with attorneys to guide clients through sensitive and often complex Georgia family law matters from intake through resolution.If you're organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a busy caseload while maintaining empathy and professionalism, we'd love to meet you.Core Experience Support attorneys in Georgia family law matters including divorce, custody, legitimation, child support, alimony, modifications, contempt, adoption, and protective orders Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, Financial Affidavits, discovery, subpoenas, proposed orders, settlement agreements, and client correspondence Prepare case timelines, summaries, exhibits, and trial or mediation notebooks; organize and manage discovery Handle Georgia e-filing, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with state and local court rules Manage case intake, calendaring, and maintain organized digital and physical files Communicate professionally with clients, courts, guardians ad litem, and opposing counsel Coordinate service of process, subpoenas, and discovery follow-up Skills & Qualifications 3-5years Georgia family law paralegal experience Strong knowledge of Georgia family law procedures Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused Comfortable working independently and collaboratively How to Apply Email a resume, brief cover letter, and references to mcruz@colemanchambers.com with the subject line Family Law Paralegal Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis for immediate start.All inquiries will be kept confidential.Pay:From $50,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Work Location:In person.
