Experienced Full Service Server

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full Service Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements using OpenTable or similar reservation systems Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of orders Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend pairings, and upsell items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks professionally while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout the dining experience Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with sanitation standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and timely service in a fine dining or nightclub setting Skills Proven experience as a full service server in a restaurant or food industry environment, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for efficient order processing and cashiering Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest concerns professionally Demonstrated sales aptitude with a focus on upselling beverages and menu items to maximize revenue Culinary experience or background in food preparation enhances your ability to describe dishes confidently Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join our team if you’re passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
