Experienced Handyman/Property Maintenance Technician – Tucson, AZ

We are hiring an experienced handyman who can work independently and produce quality work without constant supervision. What You’ll Do: Drywall repair (patching, texture matching) Interior/exterior painting Minor plumbing (faucets, toilets, garbage disposals) Light electrical (fixtures, outlets, fans) Punch list and property prep work Cleanouts and basic hauling Diagnose and solve problems on-site Minimum Requirements (Please Do Not Apply If You Don’t Meet These): 2+ years of VERIFIABLE handyman or maintenance experience Must be able to complete jobs without step-by-step instruction Must have your own tools Valid driver’s license with a CLEAN driving record Must pass a background check Reliable transportation (truck or SUV preferred) Professional attitude and good communication Employment Details: W-2 employee (NOT 1099) Workers’ Compensation provided Steady, consistent work for the right candidate Opportunity for increased responsibility and pay Pay: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location: On the road
