Experienced Hardscape Installer & Outdoor Construction TerraGreen Sustainable Landscaping Looking for an opportunity to build high-quality outdoor spaces while working with a company focused on craftsmanship, design, and long-term growth? TerraGreen is a growing landscape design/build company creating custom outdoor environments throughout the Pittsburgh area. Our work includes patios, retaining walls, steps, outdoor living spaces, landscape installations, and other custom landscape construction projects with a strong focus on quality installation and attention to detail. We are currently looking for experienced hardscape installers to join our team immediately. This is a physically active, hands-on outdoor position working alongside our crews on custom hardscape and landscape construction projects. Responsibilities Include: Assisting with the installation of patios, retaining walls, fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, and outdoor living spaces Site preparation including excavation, grading, base prep, and compaction Cutting and installing pavers, block, and natural stone materials Operating hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently Working efficiently as part of a team to complete projects to high standards Maintaining a safe, organized, and professional jobsite What We’re Looking For: Prior hardscape, masonry, construction, or related outdoor construction experience strongly preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to perform physical outdoor labor in various weather conditions Attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work efficiently in a team environment Experience operating equipment is a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
